How does pricing work?

We use a transparent cost-plus model. You pay a flat monthly rate per team member that covers their compensation, benefits, equipment, and our management overhead. Rates vary by role, experience level, and region.

What if a team member doesn't work out?

We handle performance management and, if necessary, replacement. If a team member is not the right fit, we will find a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Do the team members work for us or for Redux?

Team members are employed by Redux but work exclusively for your organization. They report to you, follow your processes, and are embedded in your team. We handle all employment logistics behind the scenes.
